This has to be one of the best cakes ever! Yummy! It can also be made with other fruits if you prefer. Strawberries or raspberries would be easy to substitute.

Mix until dough. May need to add a little water if too dry. Flour surface and roll flat. Cut into strips. May dry for use later.

Bake @ 350 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown.
