If our basic consciousness is based on energy, then can a being manipulate their DNA? Can a person or being change their physical body into another form? Could there be beings more advanced than us? Are we just unaware? Lets look at possibilities.
Making iced tea with currant berries is simple tasty and full of rich antioxidants and vitamin C.
Rinse, mash and strain currant berries. You may need to add a little water to thin the berry mixture. This strained juice concentrate can then be used much like lemon juice.
A rare weather event that causes a phantom sun in a halo (on the left side of the picture) also considered a mock sun.
It’s caused by the refraction of light through ice crystals which act as prisms to deflect light in a halo effect.
They can be seen anywhere in the world and at any time. They have muted colors that overlap. Usually red towards the sun with a white arc of 22°.
Over 76 million people suffer from chronic pain, that’s a lot!
Researchers have found that spicy foods, specifically the main ingredient in chili peppers capsaicin interact in the body the same way that pain relief and anti-inflammatory processes do. So this will pave the way for more effective pain medications.
Sound sensitivity is an actual medical condition called hyperacousis. Certain sounds can be unpleasant or painful to a person’s ears but not to others. Symptoms may include ear pain, annoyance, and general intolerance to certain sounds or frequencies. It is often common with tinnitus (ringing in the ears). Some people can feel nausea, dizziness or loss of balance.
Finding happiness isn’t always as easy said as done. Finding ways to be happy can be as simple as varying your routine. Sometimes we can sit and think of something that fascinated you or that you like and imagine yourself there.
Habits are ingrained into our neural pathways making them very difficult to break. I have a few habits that I would like to change, so I’m going to make a list of ways to do this. Good habits can be learned to replace bad ones.At work I like to do things the same way each time as much as I can. This way when something happens and I’m under pressure I can go on ‘auto pilot’ so to speak. This lessens the stress and allows me to handle difficult situations easier. Habits are a cue, routine and a reward.

Our brain needs us to forget to stay healthy. Odd to think of forgetting instead of remembering! Our brains are built to to retain valuable input and to discard useless information, without this ability we would develop serious mental conditions.
Instead of stating goals in years research has found by breaking down the time to days makes it easier to do. Or if you break it down to months, weeks, or minutes.
Take exercise for example. If you state I’ll do 5 minutes of exercise each day, it seems easier and doable. Then because you’ve done your 5 minutes and it didn’t seem long at all you may find yourself feeling like doing more! Just because you set an easy and reasonable expectation down.
You might surprise yourself by accomplishing more easier. And we all like easy! Studies show that by looking at time in smaller units help us achieve our goals. Long term goals seem closer and appear to be more urgent.
By accomplishing our goals we improve our sense of self. We improve our lives and make things easier. I like to make things simple. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference.
What things have you accomplished? Or what do you need to?
